PrideStaff seeks a machine operator to work at a longstanding family-owned and operated business in the Commerce Township area.
2nd Shift, 2 pm-10:30 pm. Monday-Friday. $16.40
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial machinery, like mixing and packaging machines, to manufacture products
- Monitor machine performance and product quality to ensure specifications are met
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Report any issues with supplies, materials, or equipment to supervisors
- Ensure the workplace and machines are properly sanitized and kept clean.
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
