MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Columbus NE 68601 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $22.70/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- B Shift – 2-week rotating schedule, (2 days on / 2 off / 3 on / 2 off / 2 on / 3 off)
MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing routine production and manufacturing tasks under general supervision. This role supports production goals by operating equipment, assembling and packaging products, maintaining accurate documentation, and following established quality and safety standards.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
- Operate within standard operating procedures under direct supervision
- Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
- Work effectively in a team environment to support production goals
- Follow instructions, make basic job-related decisions, and rotate into different tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
- Basic math skills required
- Ability to work overnight shifts, flexible hours, and maintain reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on varied responsibilities
