Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $17.50/hour
- 2nd shift differential: Additional $1.50/hour, bringing 2nd shift to $19.00/hour
- Machine training raises: Earn an additional $0.50/hour for each new machine you learn, with opportunities to earn raises as early as your first 30, 60, and 90 days
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:50 PM–12:20 AM
- Locations: Centerbrook & Clinton, CT

What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll help manufacture products that meet strict quality and safety standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery used in medicine manufacturing
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Keeping accurate production records and documentation
- Troubleshooting basic mechanical issues and knowing when to escalate more complex problems
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
