\nKelly is assisting our client in Chippewa Falls with Machine Operator positions. These are long term temporary opportunities with potential for hire working for a plastic manufacturing organization.

\n• Starting payrates of $22.75-23.50/hr. based on shift schedule

\n• Shifts Available – all shifts offer paid lunch breaks
\n     1st Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:00pm $22.75/hr.
\n     2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm $22.75/hr.
\n     3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am $23.50/hr.

\nThe basics of working as Machine Operator include:
\n• Set-up, run, troubleshoot and tear down plastic fabrication lines
\n• Mixing of raw materials prior to production run
\n• Measure and inspection of final products to ensure customer requirements are met
\n• Operation of equipment including saws, punches, drills, and routers
\n• Package and palletize finished goods
\n• Responsible for general housekeeping on all lines

\n• 1+ year of manufacturing experience , will train machine operation skills
\n• Ability to use hand-held tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers etc.
\n• Good math, mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
\n• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
\n• Strong communication skills
\n• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
