Kelly has an exciting opportunity to work in the medical device industry! Look no further than our open positions for Machine Operators in Cary, IL. Our client is a premier manufacturer of easy-to-use, disposable products that are utilized by doctors and nurses to prevent healthcare-acquired illnesses.

Pay & Shift:

• 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm or 3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday, $23.30 per hour (shift time depends on department)
• 3rd shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am or 11pm to 7am, Sunday - Thursday, $24.30 per hour (shift time depends on department)

Position Information:

• Packing components into pouches or boxes on a light assembly machine
• Performing minor process adjustments to machines (example: clearing jams from packing machines)
• Operating assembly lines with a team of 2-5 people
• Pushing, pulling, squatting, and lifting up to 45 lbs. intermittently
• Consistently standing or walking for entire shift
• Practicing cleanliness and working safely within manufacturing standards and guidelines

Required Experience:

• Ability to stand, kneel, walk, bend, sit, lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds throughout entire shift
• Must agree to required cleanroom gowning procedures
• Have good manual dexterity and the ability to handle small parts
• Have strong hand/eye coordination and can work in a fast-paced, production environment
• Are detail-oriented and have basic computer skills
• Can read, write, speak, and comprehend English as it pertains to work related issues
