Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Pay: $18.50/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures during daily operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized production floor and common areas.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Record production numbers, including good products, rejects, scrap, and regrind.
• Complete required paperwork and document any process changes or issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery as needed.
• Manage machine startup, operation, monitoring, and shutdown.
• Keep machines running by replenishing materials, adjusting feeder rates, and managing support equipment.
• Change products according to work orders and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Reliability and consistent attendance.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus.
