Machine Operator – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available

Location: Bedford ,NH
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay:

• 1st Shift: $17.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $17.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: $18.00/hour

Shift Schedules

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, loading raw materials, and removing finished products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load machines with raw materials
• Remove and inspect finished parts
• Monitor machine operation and report issues as needed
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• May be required to wear a safety harness while loading and unloading materials

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing and working throughout the shift
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience , but not required
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
