SMT Feeder Loader / Stager

1st Shift 6:30am -3pm

FULLT IME

Pay: $20.00/hour

Location: Northeast Austin (Cameron and Dessau)

We are seeking a reliable SMT Feeder Loader/Stager to support our electronics manufacturing team. This role is responsible for preparing, loading, and organizing SMT feeders and components to ensure smooth production line operations.

Responsibilities:

Load and stage SMT feeders according to production schedules

Verify component part numbers and quantities

Organize reels, trays, and materials for upcoming jobs

Support line changeovers and production setup

Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking

Follow work instructions and quality standards

Requirements:

Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or SMT experience

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and inventory tracking skills

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
