Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This role requires proficiency in operating heavy equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and backhoes. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, efficiency, and quality while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and backhoes safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and move materials across job sites or within facilities
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and backhoes
• Valid certifications/licenses for equipment operation ( or required, depending on your needs)
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Skills:

• OSHA certification (a plus)
• Experience in construction, warehouse, or industrial environments
• Basic mechanical knowledge
