Join Our Team as a Machine Operator Assistant! Cleveland, OH | $15–$17/hr | 4‐Day Workweek (Mon–Thur)

Express Employment Professionals in Lakewood is hiring a Machine Operator Assistant for a corrugated box manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, learn multiple machines, and grow in a fast‐paced production environment.

Your Role

• Set up machines and prepare ink stations, rollers, and stackers
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments
• Cross‐train on all machines
• Conduct quality checks
• Complete production logs and documentation

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stay active all shift
• Comfort working around dust and fumes
• Strong math and tape‐measure skills
• At least 6 months of machine operation experience
• Corrugated experience is a bonus
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
