Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts Available

Locations: Richmond, VA & Ashland, VA

Compensation: $18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and shift

We are seeking dependable and detail‐oriented Machine Operators to support several manufacturing facilities in the Richmond and Ashland areas. These full‐time positions offer stable schedules, long‐term opportunities, and competitive pay across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor equipment performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Perform routine inspections of materials and finished products
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

• Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a fast‐paced environment
• Willingness to follow established operating procedures and safety guidelines
