Shifts: 1st / 2nd & 3rd Shift

Job Description:
We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators to support production operations in fast-paced manufacturing environments located in Akron, OH .

• Key Responsibilities:
  Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery in accordance with company standards.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Follow production schedules and maintain productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks associated with manufacturing operations.
