Loom Operator / Textile Machine Operator \n
\n
2nd and 3rd shift available \n
\n
What You'll Do\n
\n
- \n
- Operate and monitor weaving looms and related textile equipment
- Replace bobbins and yarn as needed
- Identify and correct minor weaving issues
- Inspect fabric for quality defects
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Work with supervisors and team members to maintain production goals

What We're Looking For\n

- Manufacturing or machine operation experience , but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards
- Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements\n

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
