Location: Naples, FL

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM (4 - 10 hour shifts)
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed

Position Summary
The Machine Operator will assist with operating machinery used to manufacture custom wire components for machines and medical devices. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within a stable company and learn hands-on manufacturing skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery while following documented processes and procedures
- Follow assigned production schedules and work orders to meet daily goals
- Inspect products, materials, and machines for defects or irregularities
- Monitor gauges and indicators to ensure machines are running properly
- Accurately enter production information into company systems
- Follow all job orders, specifications, safety rules, and company procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with attendance, conduct, and safety standards
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs safely
- Use hands and arms for pushing, pulling, reaching, grasping, and handling materials
- Occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
