Now Hiring: Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (4-Day Workweek!)
Manitowoc, WI | Mon–Thurs | 3:00pm–1:00am

ABR Employment Services is hiring for a well-established manufacturer in the Manitowoc area. If you’re reliable, mechanically inclined, and want a long-term opportunity with training and growth, this could be a great fit.

Pay

• $19/hr to start (during training)
• Moves to $20/hr with shift premium once training is complete and you transition to 2nd shift
• Additional pay growth opportunities based on performance/skills

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 3:00pm–1:00am
• Mon–Thurs (4 x 10s)

What you’ll do

• Operate CNC/production equipment following work instructions
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools/gauges/fixtures
• Document checks as needed and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet production goals

What we’re looking for

• Manufacturing experience (but not required)
• Good attendance and stability—this is a long-term role
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for a shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
