Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated CNC Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll help run CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. You'll set up machines, change tooling, and work with the team to make sure parts are designed and cut correctly. No prior CNC experience is required - we're happy to train the right person. Previous CNC or machining experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to instructions.

· Change and adjust tooling as needed for production runs.

· Assist with part design and programming support when needed.

· Monitor machine performance and quality, making basic adjustments.

· Perform inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.

· Keep machines clean and help with routine maintenance.

Qualifications

· No CNC experience required - training provided!

· Mechanical aptitude and interest in working with machines.

· Ability to read and follow instructions

· Strong attention to detail and quality.

· Team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

· Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
