If you’re ready to bring your expertise, energy, and drive to a dynamic production environment, this opportunity is for you.Available Shifts:1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–FridayWhat You’ll Do

• Prioritize Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Operate & Set Up Equipment: Work with corrugated production machinery, including Corrugators, Rotary Die Cutters, and Flexo Folder Gluers.
• Ensure Quality: Inspect, monitor, and adjust production runs to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Maximize Efficiency: Drive machine uptime and productivity while minimizing waste.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce downtime.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-On Experience: Minimum 6 months operating corrugated packaging equipment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of equipment set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
