Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, you will:

• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of industrial machinery, including CNC machines, press brakes, and shears for metal fabrication.
• Monitor production runs to ensure efficiency and adherence to project deadlines.
• Perform quality control checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to guarantee they meet strict quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production and quality assurance records.
• Champion a culture of safety by strictly following all protocols and utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment is highly .
• Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection tools is a strong plus.
• A solid mechanical aptitude with a knack for problem-solving and a great work ethic.
• The physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
• Commitment to working a full-time, 10-hour shift schedule.

• Location: Blue Ash, OH
• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM to 2:30 AM
• Opportunity: Consistent overtime (OT) is available!
