Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday 

Pay: $19.00/hour 

Location: Allentown, PA 

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, follow safety protocols, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production schedules.

• Perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments to maintain optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Troubleshoot and report mechanical issues to maintenance when necessary.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow company policies, OSHA standards, and safety guidelines.

• Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience .

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills.
