We’re looking for an Equipment Operator who takes pride in running machinery efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting production goals. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality output and the timely completion of jobs.
- Training on 1st(6+ months)
- Transfer to 2ndshift after training
- Starting at $20/hour + $0.75/hour differential = $20.75/hour
What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment safely and in line with company procedures
- Take care of tools, equipment, and materials to avoid damage or loss
- Keep job records accurate and up to date
- Alert your supervisor to any issues that could impact quality or timing
- Perform routine cleaning, adjustments, and maintenance on equipment
- Complete required quality checks to ensure products meet standards
What You’ll Need
- Ability to stand throughout your shift (up to 8 hours)
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, or twisting as needed
- Attention to detail and a focus on doing the job right
