Precision Marshall Steel is looking for responsible individuals who want to learn and build a career with a local leader in the tool steel industry for over 75 years. Always located in the Washington, PA area, Precision Marshall provides paid training, superior medical and dental coverage, paid time off, pension, and a variety of other benefits. Starting wage for a new production associate is $25.26/hour and steadily grows to over $35.00 per hour in just 2.5 years!

No experience necessary. New production associates will be trained in sawing, milling, grinding and packaging steel bar and plate products to become a part of a team that monetarily rewards for performance in every paycheck!
