We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our dedicated production team. This hands-on role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll work with a variety of production equipment, including SMT Pick & Place machines, Through-Hole Insertion, Sequencers, Wave Solder, and Reflow systems.

Whether you're adjusting settings or catching issues after they become problems, your work helps ensure we build high-quality products that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate production machines based on work instructions and specs
  • Perform quality checks and monitor equipment for defects or performance issues
  • Use computer systems to retrieve assembly data and instructions
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
  • Route non-conforming parts for rework or repair
  • Contribute to team-based improvement initiatives and lean practices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Who You Are

  • You have a high school diploma or GED
  • You’ve worked in a manufacturing or electronics setting for at least 3 to 6 months
  • You can read, write, and speak English fluently
  • You’re comfortable with basic math and reading performance graphs
  • You understand quality standards and are able to follow detailed documentation
  • You can navigate basic computer programs for data entry or work instructions

Requirements & Certifications

  • Must pass our internal Component Identification course
  • Must pass the IPC Workmanship Standards exam (we’ll support your preparation)

Physical Expectations

  • Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and using your hands
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Visual abilities include vision, depth perception, and close focus
