Machine Operator
Pay: Competitive, based on experience – Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift, 2nd and 3rd
Work Days: Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate machinery to produce highquality parts according to specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, job orders, and production run sheets
• Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and safety checks
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality throughout production
• Assist with packing, stacking, and transporting finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safetyfocused work area

What We’re Looking For

• Prior machine operating experience (cold heading, threading, pointing )
• Ability to use measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, rulers, etc.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Ability to read blueprints, job orders, and safety documentation
• Reliable, teamoriented, and committed to delivering quality work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a highnoise environment
• Comfortable with manual material handling and repetitive motions
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Good vision and depth perception to meet precision standards
