Maintenance Technician 2nd shift
IMMEDIATE NEED
- Training would be on 1st shift. Monday to Friday, 6:50am 3pm.
- After training hours would be 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 2:50pm 11pm.
- Pay will be based on prior work experience. In the $20s.
- Must have prior maintenance & electrical experience.
- Looking for something that would be temp to perm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs to support the manufacturing floor priority and demand.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment according to the monthly schedule.
- Must be able to diagnose and repair advanced electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, with and without schematics.
- Must be able to read and understand fluid diagrams, hydraulic schematics, pneumatic schematics, and electrical schematics.
- Experience with fluid delivery, fluid monitoring, and PLC controls are a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy with the ability to analyze information gathered to identify potential problems and/or discrepancies.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to interact and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Must have written, verbal and computer ability to establish and maintain records to provide reports and other information required for the efficient operation of the department and the company.
WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
Normal manufacturing environment requiring physical activity such as:
May become dirty at times.
Must be able to work in elevated temperatures on and around equipment such as ovens and hot oil systems.
Will be working on hot items such as heat traced lines, heated valves, pumps and equipment.
