Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a leading manufacturer, is seeking Machine Cell Operators to join their team! This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals with CNC machine experience who are ready to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Job Summary

• Pay: 19/houe
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Location: Manufacturing facility
• Work Conditions: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, vibration, and temperature extremes; noise levels range from low to high depending on location

Machine Cell Operator Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, secondary equipment, wash, inspect, and pack parts
• Train other team members in cell expectations
• Load, unload, and blow off parts; visually inspect for completed operations
• Use gauges to detect defects
• Remove flash and parting lines from castings
• Wash, leak test, assemble, and gauge parts
• Place accepted parts in specified containers
• Document machine processes using SPC
• Prepare production and quality control reports
• Perform machine-specific TPM requirements
• Notify Lead Tech or Supervisor of any issues
• Sign off on 5S board and follow instructions
• Actively support safety and 5S initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED ()
• 6 months to 1 year of CNC machine and secondary equipment experience
• Familiarity with quality control gauges
• Forklift operation ability (as needed)

Skills & Competencies

• Understand machine setup sheets and process control plans
• Use hand-held gauges and deburring tools
• Operate washing equipment (manual and automatic)
• Identify defects and inspect parts
• Start and operate secondary equipment
• Perform basic math
• Certified in cell operation and center cells with personal stamps

Physical Requirements

• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Handle parts weighing 5–50 lbs
• Repetitive upper extremity work and gripping
• Frequent bending and visual inspection
• Continuous mental and visual attention required
