Primary Scope: Northern Gear and Machining, LLC is looking for an experienced Maintenance person. The Maintenance person will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machines and building maintenance in an efficient and safe manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The duties and responsibilities are not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.
• Diagnose and repair various CNC machinery including lathes, mills, hobs and grinders.
• Troubleshoot machines and equipment that have mechanical, pneumatic and electrical controls. (Fanuc)
• Completes repairs, preventative maintenance and major overhaul on all equipment.
• Repairs machines efficiently to minimize production down time.
• Maintain plant support equipment.
• Performs miscellaneous repairs to facility.
• Welding and electrical experience.
• Read and understand technical manuals.
• Read, understands, follow and enforce safety procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• 2 to 5 years’ experience.
• Wage is based on experience.
