Project Manager – Luxury Custom Homes

Atlanta, GA

Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 + Bonus & Benefits

A leading luxury homebuilder in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end, ground-up residential projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, design-focused builder known for delivering bespoke estates, premium custom builds, and architect-driven residential projects across Atlanta’s most prestigious neighborhoods.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Experience managing luxury or high-end custom homes (no production home backgrounds will be considered)
• A strong track record of longevity with past employers
• Proven success overseeing ground-up projects in the $1M+ range
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and architect relationships
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, finishes, quality control, and high-end detailing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of custom home projects from pre-con through CO
• Oversee site activities, subcontractors, inspections, safety, and daily operations
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and client updates with precision
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and luxury trade partners
• Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, finish quality, and client experience
• Solve complex field challenges while maintaining project pace and standards
