We are looking to expand our team and are seeking highly motivated Cabling Technicians and Project Supervisors.

This is a STRUCTURED CABLING position. Although helpful, Cable TV and Satellite experience does not apply to this position.

Entry level positions available - We will train motivated people.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Install, Terminate, and test various low voltage systems including structured cabling Cat 5e/6/6A, Fiber Optic, and Patch Panels.
  • Install J-Hooks, Ceiling Supports, Sleeves, and apply Firestop materials.
  • Install Cable Trays, Communication Racks, and Plywood Backboard
  • Splicing High Pair Copper Cable.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements of low voltage systems.
  • Adhere to Industry Standards and Best Practices.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician, Cable Installer, or similar role. Apprenticeship or technical certification is a plus. Training may be offered to the right candidate.
  • This is at times a labor-intensive job, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments, including confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces) and at heights.

Must possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation to and from the office and/or Jobsite, and pass a Background Check and Drug Test.

Workday starts between 5 am & 7 am, - must be able to work flexible hours – some days/nights/weekends required (Overtime) as well as occasional overnight travel (Extra Pay-Per Diem).

Hours per week: At least 40.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Most work done inside, but some outside work required.

Must maintain a clean and hygienic appearance and adhere to Company Dress Code (Work Shirts Provided). Jeans and shoes/boots are applicants’ responsibility.
