We are looking for a Low Voltage Lead Technician to join our team! This position will require someone with a minimum of 3 years experience as a lead technician. This is NOT a supervisory position. Pay is based on experience but will be a range of $34.00-$42.00 per hour.
*100% Travel position. We have customers throughout the 48 states.
Full-Time | Road Warrior Role | Not Supervisory
Pay Range: $34–$42 p/hr (negotiable, based on experience) plus overtime and per diem
What We’re Looking For (3+ Years Experience Required):
- Access Control & Video Surveillance installs
- Commercial A/V systems
- Structured cabling & wireless access points
- Low-voltage & fiber terminations
- Telecom room build-outs (racks, ladder racks, grounding)
- Ability to read complex wiring diagrams & blueprints
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing & maintaining low voltage systems (CCTV, Access Control, Security)
- Training new team members while staying hands-on
- Troubleshooting in the field & ensuring quality installs
- Managing installs to spec, on time, and safely
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable insurance
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Team-player mindset, willing to travel extensively
