We are looking for a Low Voltage Lead Technician to join our team! This position will require someone with a minimum of 3 years experience as a lead technician. This is NOT a supervisory position. Pay is based on experience but will be a range of $30.00-$38.00 per hour.

*100% Travel position. We have customers throughout the 48 states.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience installing and configuring Access Control Systems.
• Experience installing and configuring Video Surveillance Systems.
• Experience installing and configuration of Audio/Visual Systems - Commercial.
• Experience installing commercial cabling infrastructure.
• Experience installing WAPs.
• Experience installing, testing, and terminating low-voltage and data cabling.
• Experience with fiber terminations.
• Experience with telecommunication room build-outs (rack construction, ladder rack installation, wire management, grounding).
• Must be able to read and understand complex wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a pleasant personality, a teamwork type attitude.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, up-to-date insurance, and no major traffic violations.
• Must maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance.
• 100% Travel.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low voltage systems including CCTV, Access Controls, and security systems.
• Must be able to train new employees on all aspects of the job qualifications while still performing the responsibilities of the job.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cabling and installation tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate system design and implementation.
• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
