We are seeking a skilled and experienced Low Voltage Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of BMS/BAS system
Responsibilities
- Install low voltage electrical systems in HVAC units, including wiring sensors, controls, and related components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics for accurate installation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to deliver high-quality results for building owners.
- Pull wire, install conduit, and complete wiring systems for HVAC controls and related components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly managed.
- Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Remain goal-oriented, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of .
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
- Experience with pulling wire, running conduit, and low voltage electrical work .
- Previous electrical experience on commercial construction sites is strongly .
Skills:
- Knowledge of BMS/BAS systems and low voltage temperature controls.
- Familiarity with running conduit and low voltage wiring in commercial buildings.
