Job Summary:

As a Low Voltage Electrician, you will be responsible for servicing our hillside tram systems and providing excellent customer service. Work includes traveling to customer sites, troubleshooting issues, performing required repairs and ensuring the safe and proper operation of the system.

Applicants must have a solid understanding of low voltage troubleshooting utilizing blueprints and schematics for system operation including wireless controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Coordination – Coordinate and schedule services as requested/required by customers
• Perform Services – Perform required maintenance/repairs/inspections as required by customers
• Installation – Install and setup low voltage systems for hillside tram systems
• Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve problems with low voltage systems and assure proper operation
• Compliance – Ensure all work adheres to relevant codes and safety standards
• Customer Support – Primary contact for all customer and service partners
• Customer education – Train clients on how to use and operate hillside tram systems as required
• Track service issues and report any trends to management

Required Qualifications:

• Service and maintenance experience with low voltage, or elevator/tram systems or industrial equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Efficient at planning and scheduling, Travel Required
• Valid drivers license and health card (or ability to get one)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience in reporting and creating/invoicing for service work
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and lead

• 2+ years of experience in Low Voltage Electrician role
• Experience in servicing industrial equipment
