What you'd do
Our dream candidate can listen to and understand our customers' needs and creatively solve their problems by installing cabling, video displays, & monitoring products we offer. This candidate communicates well with customers, using they can understand in a patient, friendly and approachable manner. In fact, customers ask to work with them and rave about them behind their back. The candidate is able to quote & install cabling jobs, including pulling wire, terminating ends, & attaching to peripherals. Our cabling team also installs video displays and camera monitoring systems, you will work in a team to help install and configure the products for use.
What else you'll need:
- Experience in low-voltage electrical work a plus; namely, installing, pulling, terminating, and labeling cable
- Being certified in installing Panduit copper and/or fiber systems is a plus
- BICSI Certification is a plus
- Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions
- Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Eagerness to learn
- Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50- 100+ lbs.
- Ability to show up on time looking professional
- Valid driver's license & Clean driving record
- Willing and able to take & pass drug test
- 18+ years of
