Key
Responsibilities:

Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against
purchase orders and invoices. -
Prepare and package items for shipment ensuring proper
labeling and documentation. -
Maintain accurate inventory records and update databases
using ERP or warehouse systems. -
Organize and store materials in designated locations
following safety and organizational guidelines. -
Assist with loading and unloading
of goods using forklifts pallet jacks or other equipment. -
Conduct regular inventory counts
and report discrepancies. -
Coordinate with shipping carriers and internal departments
to meet delivery timelines. -
Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance
needs. -
Comply with health
safety and environmental regulations and company
policies.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent;
Associates degree in logistics or related field is a
plus. -
12 years of
experience in a warehouse logistics or shipping/receiving
role. -
Basic computer
skills; experience with inventory software or ERP systems
preferred. -
Ability to
lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment (forklift
certification is a plus). -
Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills. -
Good
communication and teamwork abilities. -
Willingness to work in a fast-paced physical
environment.
Preferred
Qualifications:

Familiarity with shipping procedures and documentation
(domestic and international). -
Knowledge of hazardous material handling (if
applicable). -
Experience
with lean logistics or continuous improvement
initiatives.
