Duties:Shipping & Receiving
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling carriers, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels, track inventory, and update records in the system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
Order Fulfillment
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to resolve delays or discrepancies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare bills of lading, customs paperwork, and shipping labels.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international shipping regulations.
Vendor & Carrier Coordination
- Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to negotiate rates and optimize transportation.
- Resolve shipping or delivery issues promptly.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in logistics workflows and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of logistics technology and automation tools.
Requirements:- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations, documentation, and international trade (if applicable).
- Proficiency in logistics/supply chain and/or ERP software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with international shipping and customs compliance a plus.
- Certification in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPL) a plus.
