Duties:
- Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process.
- Provides support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns with RMA research, administrative tasks, training, and process improvements.
- Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers; system research and contacts Sales for issue resolution; enters outbound sales orders to return product to customer and charges appropriately.
- Monitors repair parts pool for customer engagements; customer contact for Post-Production Services’ warranty programs, etc.
- Investigates/researches for root cause and processes defective and nonconforming product.
- Follow up with vendor returns group to expedite returned product with supplier; supplies data to supplier quality for trends in returned product.
- Investigate and resolve resale/costing issues by working with finance, as needed.
- Reports RMA issuance and Vendor returns metrics.
- Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
- Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
- Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
- Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and extern customer requirements pertaining to processes.
- Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required, Associates Degree .
- Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- For warehouse jobs: Typically requires at least 5 years of experience.
