We are seeking an Outbound Customer Logistics Project Manager to drive shipping efficiency, vehicle utilization, and logistics optimization across global operations. This role will partner with cross-functional teams and customers to implement strategic initiatives that improve load factor metrics, optimize order patterns, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional logistics projects to optimize vehicle utilization, shipment efficiency, and customer order consolidation.
- Use Power BI analytics to identify trends, track KPIs, and drive improvements toward an 80% vehicle utilization target.
- Develop project plans, tools, and governance structures to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution.
- Collaborate with transportation, distribution centers, manufacturing sites, and customer engagement teams to implement improvement initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting on logistics performance, efficiency, and cost savings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer logistics, transportation, and supply chain project management.
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to structure, manage, and deliver complex initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analytics (Power BI, Excel) to track metrics and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging directly with customers.
