We are looking for a Logistics & Planning Manager located in Hurricane, Utah who will be responsible for the planning and logistics of certified goods.

What you will do:

• Manage a team of specialists, ensuring efficiency and collaboration in achieving project goals

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers for deliveries and purchase orders

• Coordinate with logistics companies to fulfill SupplyLink’s transportation needs

• Update and maintain the warehouse delivery schedule

• Ensure the warehouse is prepared with all documentation for the arrival of shipments

• Approve invoices for payment

• Analyze and keep trackers up-to-date

• Forecast shipments, cost, and product placement for Purchase Order Fulfillment

• Manage the Inventory levels to ensure accuracy

• Inspect your area, looking for any issues, problems, slows, or stops

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Maintain cGMP, OSHA, FDA, UDAF, and Fire Safety standards in both the warehouse and office areas

• Report any safety or compliance issues to management

• Analyze your area for inefficiencies and implement improvements

• Complete all required trainings for cGMP Compliance

Position requirements:

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management Experience – Minimum 3+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management ()

• Leadership Experience – Proven experience managing logistics and planning teams, with a track record of improving efficiency and productivity

• Inventory Management Expertise – Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock accuracy, and reconciliation

• Forecasting & Demand Planning – Experience with sales forecasting, demand planning, and aligning inventory levels to fulfill purchase orders efficiently

• ERP/WMS Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and optimize inventory movement. ()

Pay: $45,000 to $55,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
