Transport Planning Supervisor

The Opportunity

\n

We are seeking an experienced Transport Planning Supervisor to coordinate driver and vehicle resources across a busy transport operation.

\n

You will play a key role in ensuring services are fully resourced while maintaining compliance, operational efficiency and customer service standards.

\n

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate drivers and vehicles across operational activities.

\n

• Manage driver rotas, holidays, leave and absence cover.

\n

• Ensure compliance with driver hours legislation and company standards.

\n

• Support operational response to breakdowns, service disruptions and emergency cover.

\n

• Coordinate vehicle movements across multiple locations.

\n

• Maintain accurate scheduling and allocation records.

\n

• Monitor service delivery and operational performance.

\n

• Work closely with operations, engineering and customer-facing teams.

\n

• Participate in on-call support arrangements.

\n

About You

\n

\n
• Experience within transport planning, scheduling or resource planning.

\n

• Knowledge of driver hours and transport compliance requirements.

\n

• Strong organisational and planning skills.

\n

• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.

\n

• Excellent communication skills.

\n

• Full driving licence required.

\n
