This role supports day-to-day operational and project activities by coordinating materials, tracking job progress, and assisting with documentation and communication across teams. The position plays a key role in keeping work moving efficiently by ensuring information, materials, and schedules are aligned across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and logistics to support ongoing projects and field operations
- Assist with scheduling activities, tracking timelines, and communicating updates across teams
- Support inventory organization, material readiness, and general operational efficiency
- Review and verify job-related documentation to support accurate billing and invoicing processes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records within internal systems
- Communicate with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Identify and escalate potential delays, material shortages, or operational issues
- Support cost tracking efforts related to materials, logistics, and job activity
- Assist in maintaining quality, safety, and process standards across operations
- Provide general project and operational support as needed in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of operations, logistics, or field service support
• Experience with inventory tracking, material handling, or job-based logistics
• Familiarity with invoicing, billing support, or job documentation strongly
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and data entry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Effective communication skills with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel
• Experience using operational or field management systems
• Basic understanding of construction, installation, or service-based workflows is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience in operations or logistics
