Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day shipping, warehouse coordination, and administrative support functions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational workflows across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate routing and transportation of goods from multiple warehouses
• Schedule LTL and full truckload shipments, create BOLs, and communicate with carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate tracking of container arrivals and packing lists using Excel
• Generate and manage shipping labels for customer orders, product recalls, and internal samples
• Communicate with distribution centers to confirm shipments, troubleshoot issues, and send documentation in advance
• Prepare and manage packing materials, labels, and inventory reports for warehouse use
• Handle returns and coordinate logistics for outgoing and incoming shipments, including trade show shipments
• Support various operational tasks such as invoice handling, bank inventory counts, and internal logistics needs
• Dispute chargebacks and coordinate special projects or seasonal workflows
• Assist with warehouse inventory visibility and internal reporting
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and common shipping platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate with internal and external partners
• Comfortable handling both routine tasks and project-based work
