PROLOGIX is a well-established logistics and supply chain management company providing reliable and compliant import solutions to clients across multiple industries. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a professional Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Import Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining effective communication with carriers, brokers, and clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import shipments from to delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Review and prepare documentation for U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agencies (PGA) compliance.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Support customs entry filing, record-keeping, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
• 1–3 years of logistics, supply chain, or import/export experience.
• U.S. Customs experience .
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; logistics software knowledge .
• Self-motivated with interest in pursuing a long-term career in logistics and customs.
