Job Title: Logistics Export Coordinator\n Location: Reading\n Term: Permanent\n Salary: £25,000 - £28,000\n\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a leading manufacturing company in a highly regulated environment. The role involves supporting production operations through component management, shipping coordination, and administrative support, ensuring high levels of quality and traceability throughout all processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities for Logistics Export Coordinator:\n\nManage the booking-in of goods and maintain full traceability across systems\nLocate, inspect, and manage components for production jobs\nKit components for production, maintaining accurate records\nUpdate and maintain shortage lists, keeping relevant teams informed\nPack completed assemblies to customer requirements\nOrganise domestic and international shipments, including export documentation and courier coordination\nPerform general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as neededSkills & Experience for Logistics Export Coordinator:\n\nPrevious despatch/logistics or warehouse experience required\nExperience in engineering or manufacturing , ideally in highly regulated industries\nStrong IT literacy, including Excel, MRP systems, and customer portals\nExcellent communication skills and confidence interacting with couriers, customers, and cross-functional teams\nMeticulous attention to detail and high levels of accuracy\nHands-on, proactive, and hard-working approachIf you’re used to handling admin, coordination, or logistics tasks in a highly regulated or manufacturing setting, we’d love to hear from you
