TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Logistics/Dispatch Coordinator for an oilfield transportation company. This position is responsible for assigning and dispatching customer loads, monitoring driver availability and shipment progress, coordinating with drivers and customers, and resolving delays or operational issues to keep trucks moving efficiently. Candidates must have strong computer skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment. Previous logistics, transportation, or dispatch experience is , while oilfield or frac sand transportation experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly , particularly for third shift. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple dispatch platforms, maintaining accurate records, and handling challenging situations with minimal supervision. Position requires rotating remote weekend on-call coverage approximately every third weekend, with a delayed start the following Monday. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable, self-motivated individual.
