Position Overview

The Store Support Command Center Specialist is responsible for supporting the Command Center and client operations by managing, logging, and resolving all store requests and concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer concerns and requests via email from East Coast and West Coast stores.
  • Log and track all daily requests, issues, and follow-up actions.
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
  • Follow up on all pending items to ensure completion.
  • Notify clients once requests or issues have been resolved.
  • Update and maintain all tracking charts daily with accurate data.
  • Send end-of-day summary emails with updated information and completed tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years of related experience (customer service, logistics, or supply chain environment).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework .
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word required).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Computer Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and data logs accurately.

Reasoning & Interpersonal Skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members.
  • Capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods.

Work Environment

  • Position is based in a Distribution Center environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
  • Fast-paced and team-oriented setting.
