About the Role
We are seeking a Project Logistics Coordinator to support high-visibility federal construction and infrastructure projects in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the operational backbone of project teams, and can manage multiple administrative and coordination tasks with precision.
You will work directly with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution of project logistics, documentation, and day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a central point of contact for project coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage project logistics and administrative operations, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Track and process work orders, RFIs, and project-related documentation
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence to support project execution
- Coordinate security-related processes (badging, visitor access, appointment scheduling)
- Support timekeeping and labor tracking for project personnel
- Maintain office operations including supply tracking and inventory management
- Assist with data collection and reporting to support project performance and decision-making
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across multiple project teams

What We’re Looking For
- 2–6+ years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or administrative support
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, or federal projects strongly
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with tools like Procore, SharePoint, or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Strong communication and professionalism in high-visibility settings

- Experience supporting GSA, DoD, or federal agencies
- Familiarity with time & attendance systems or project tracking tools
- Ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance
