Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide on-site logistics support and ensure smooth material flow as project activity continues to ramp up. This role will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage on-site material flow to support ongoing project demands.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with material planning and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, materials, and logistics activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems or Excel .
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic computer skills - will be provided a laptop.
