This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in domestic freight brokerage who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. The right candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently without the need for micromanagement.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic shipments from to delivery
• Source and manage carriers, negotiate rates, and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions
• Utilize freight brokerage experience to secure capacity and maintain strong carrier relationships
• Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and carrier performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
