What you’ll be doing (and what great looks like)

Own the Goods In process

You ensure all incoming materials are received accurately, logged correctly, and meet required standards. No gaps, no errors, no delays.

Keep stock clean and controlled

You support stock checks, resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidence in the system. Operations can trust the data because you own it.

Be the admin engine of the warehouse

From documentation to labelling, scanning, and filing, you keep everything structured, compliant, and easy to access.

Support daily operations flow

You liaise with the warehouse and operations team to keep work moving smoothly and efficiently.

Learn and develop

You will gain exposure to logistics planning, including UK load movements, with full training provided.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in warehouse, goods in, stock control, or admin environment is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using Excel and systems
  • Organised, methodical, and structured in your approach
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am to 4:00pm
