Job Description

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
\nLocation: Bloomington, MN
\nPay Rate: $28.90/hour
\nShift: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

\nOverview:
\nThis onsite role provides day-to-day operational support to assist the team in transitioning to a new ERP system. The position follows clearly defined procedures, and requires a understanding of standard work routines within logistics or inventory coordination.

\nQualifications:

\n\n

\n\t

  Minimum of 2+ years of related experience

  \n\t\n\t

• \n\t

  Knowledge gained through hands-on work, specialized training, or relevant education

  \n\t\n\t

• \n\t

  Ability to follow well-defined technical procedures and established workflows

  \n\t\n\t

• \n\t

  Strong attention to detail and adherence to process

  \n\t\n

\nKey Responsibilities:

\n\n

• \n\t

  Process daily loaner requests in accordance with established procedures

  \n\t\n\t

• \n\t

  Maintain data accuracy in inventory and tracking systems

  \n\t\n\t

• \n\t

  Assist with tracking, reconciliation, and management of loaner assets

  \n\t\n\t

• \n\t

  Prepare reports and documentation for review or audit as needed

  \n\t\n
